Each box contains 4 Shower Steamers (Energise, Uplift, Spa, and Chill), with each steamer lasting for 2 or more showers depending on duration.

HOW TO USE: Unwrap and place the steamer in a corner of the shower floor or in a shallow dish, away from the direct stream of water. Moisten the tablet to activate fizz and to release scents into the steam. For optimal results, use in a warm to hot shower.

INGREDIENTS: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Cornstarch, Cream of Tartar, Sweet Almond Oil, Witch Hazel & the following: ENERGISE: Peppermint Essential Oil CHILL: Lavender, Orange Peel, Patchouli, Ylang-Ylang, Bergamot Essential Oils, Butterfly Pea Powder SPA: Lavender, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile Essential Oils, Jojoba Oil, Green Clay UPLIFT: Lavender, Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Rosemary, Cedarwood Essential Oils, Yellow Clay.
