SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much are shipping costs?

Standard postage on all parcels is $12.95 or $17.95 for Express Shipping.
FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $120.

 

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days unless there are extraordinary circumstances, during sale periods or when this falls on a public holiday. Depending on the delivery destination, delivery via Australia Post will take between 2-5 business days within Australia. Please note that these are delivery estimates provided by Australia Post.

 

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with all the tracking details. You can track the status of your parcel at www.auspost.com.au

 

Do you ship to International Addresses?

At present, we do not ship to areas outside of Australia.

 

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

The parcel will be left in a secure location if possible. If there is no secure location to leave the parcel unattended, a card will be left for you to re-organise delivery or to collect your delivery from the nearest Australia Post office.

 

What is your returns policy?

If for some reason you have received a product that is deemed to be defective, you may request to return new and unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

If you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days via email and include your order number, reason for return and any images to support the reason for return.

Do not ship or return goods back to us prior to receiving an approved return conformation sent by a member of our team.

Once approved, you will have a further 7 days from the date of approval to return the goods. We will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage or replace the faulty product.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refunds can be made for products that have been used or if you have changed your mind.
